Hilbert College – Holiday Pops Concert – Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra
The Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra played for a sold out crowd of 450 people last night at Hilbert College’s William E. Swan Auditorium. The orchestra, conducted by the renowned Paul Ferington, performed their Holiday Pops show complete with traditional favorites including “Silent Night” and few other entertaining pieces such as “The Twelve Days After Christmas.” The evening’s program included two talented soloists; soprano Jennifer Stafford and Diane Dick on the hand bells.
This event marked the fifth time that the BPO has performed at Swan Auditorium, and their second Holiday Pops show at the college. We look forward to welcoming the orchestra onto our campus again next year for another great show!
